Two factor authentication SMS messages
-
Hi all,
I have TFA enabled on my blog. On Monday I received an SMS from WordPress.com with a login verification code around the time I was looking at my blog stats, even though I had not tried to access the admin area on my blog. I assumed someone had stolen my password somehow so I changed it. Then today the same thing happened. Am I right in thinking that someone has been trying to hack my blog and has guessed my new password, or are there other scenarios where an SMS message could have been sent even when I’m not trying to log in?
Thanks,
Chris

I have the exact same problem for the last two weeks, and I, too, have changed password and the sms messages witn unrequested authentication codes happened again. Is it possible to get help as well?
