Two Factor – Missing Backup Codes, cannot log in

Hi,
I’m trying to disable my two-factor on my account .
I do not have the backup codes. Can I be contacted about sorting this? I switched phone carriers, and the new carrier does not support Short Codes, which means I cannot receive the sms messages with codes in them.

I am posting this in a separate account because I cannot access the main account I am concerned with.

Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

I would, but I do not have a blog url – simply two wordpress account, but no wordpress.com blogs, as it requires in the contact form?

Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?
