two home pages, fixes don't fix it!

    Hi! Working in Sunspot. Want to make a second page the posts page, and the Home page a static page. When I try to do this, I get this message on both the homepage (came with the theme) and when I click on the title; “Oops! That page can’t be found.
    It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”
    I’ve tried all the fixes in Support and the Forum, and now, I’ve got two Home pages, one with the problem and one with an unnecessary empty page. Can someone help?

    A friend emailed me an answer, it’s resolved now. Thanks anyhow :)
