Two inquiries: Export too big Media Library content download

  Greetings,

  I’m having exact same problem as those described here:

  Would it be possible to have a Happiness Engineer export the option “All Content” and send us a link to download it?

  Second question is: Is it possible to obtain all images in the “Media Library” similar to the Tools -> export process?

  Hi there,

  Sure, that’s not a problem! The export is processing now and as soon as I have it done I will email you at the address which we have on file for you with the link.

  In regards to your media, I’m afraid we don’t have any means for you to bulk-download it. When you import your site in to another WordPress site (or other CMS for that matter), all of the content will be downloaded from our servers and imported in to your new site, so you won’t need to worry about losing it.

  As well good sir, we too have out grown WordPress.com and need a full export, but alas too large for the export tool. Hoping you could help us out?
