Two Issues with TwentyThirteen

Hi! The color scheme in the preview of the twentythirteen theme no longer appears to be available. I wanted this theme because of the fall colors, but that color combo doesn’t come up in the options.
The second issue is the font color of the title/header. It seems to be stuck on black without any ability to change it. With the header that I want to use, no one can see the title. Is there no way to change the color of this font if you have a free account?

1. color scheme issue:
The Post Formats Galore section of the Twenty Thirteen theme guide says:
Links, Quotes, Videos, Audio, Asides, Statuses, Images, Galleries, and Chats are all shown a bit differently than Standard blog posts, including a unique background color and sometimes different text treatment.So that array of background colors isn’t chosen at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds, it dependent upon assigning various formats to your posts.
2. title font color stuck on black
That’s correct. The very limited color options at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds on this theme don’t affect the default color of titles on the site.Is there no way to change the color of this font if you have a free account?
I believe it would require an upgrade to a plan that includes Custom CSS.
