Two languages?

  Is it possible to create a site that toggles between two different languages? (french/english)

  fyi i am planning on upgrading

  Yes and no. You can set the language to French and then use the French alphabet to do both languages, making posts in French and then a separate post in English: categorize them by language. Then, in a Custom Menu, add a link to the English category page and the French one.

  Your dashboard, however, will have to be in one language, and that will have to be the one with the more complicated alphabet, in this case French.
