Two lines Menu

    Hi guys, I have little experience, almost none, creating sites. Am trying thow, to create one for my wife’s buisness on wordpress.
    One of the things she wants is the site to be in English and in Portuguese, that’s no problem, but the Menu part is breaking me… I’ll explain, through out the hole site, whenever I need to insert text I’ll create mirror text boxes, one in ENG and one in PT… However in the Menu I want to use two lines for each page… for example the page “Contacts” and below the same but in Portuguese…. Just like these dudes made (http://theframers.pt/). But I’m having trouble finding the right way to do that… Can anyone help me? I’m working with the WP dashboard and with Elementor… I’ve tryed numerous plugins, none sucessfull… If anyone can help me I’ll apreciate it.
