Two or 1 Upgrade

    In the last days I get a message that my upgrades are running out in June, 15th 2014. This applies to my 25GB Status – but my 10GB Status is still active and will be renewed automatically. Question: Do I need both to continue, or is my 10GB sufficient? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    You can check to see how much space you’re currently using by going to the Media page in your dashboard. Right now, you’re using 19.7 GB of space.

    If you don’t renew the 25GB space upgrade, you’ll be left with a total of 13GB of space to use (the 10GB upgrade + the 3GB you get for free). Now, none of the media you already uploaded will be affected — those will all stay there and continue to be available. However, you won’t be able to upload any new files.

    If you want to have space to upload more files but you don’t want to renew both upgrades, you could let the 10GB upgrade expire and renew the 25GB upgrade instead. That will leave you with a total of 28GB, which is more than what you’re using now.
