Two or three accounts, when I want one

    Hi WordPress. I am in a muddle.
    I joined a few days ago as Bacon242, and subsequently changed to aubademagazine1, using my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). I then realised that I had joined under aubademagazine in Dec 2016 under (email visible only to moderators and staff) but had completely forgotten about it!

    I just want one account and 1 blog – aubademagazine.wordpress.com, connected to (email visible only to moderators and staff). ‘Victory’ is the first post in the version of the blog I want.

    Hi Chris,

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to delete or merge accounts. You can learn more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

    What you can do instead is log into the accounts you no longer want, remove all personal details and delete the sites, as described in the article linked above.

    You can then log into the account you want to keep and edit your account settings so that it’s using the correct email address. You can learn more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-settings/

    Once you’ve done that you can continue using the single account that should now have the correct email address. The other accounts will remain inactive.
