  If I have two separate blogs can one be anonymous and one not? are they tide together or would I be the only person to see they are from same person?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes if they are registered under 2 different email addresses and username account. Or if one is transferred to another username account.

  Each username account has a single email address associated with it, a single gravatar and only one primary blog can be linked to the username.

  You log out and then register another username account under a different email address. Then you transfer one of the blog to it.
