Two people connected to one site

  I am managing A website for my fiancee, I connected her site to WordPress under her account so she didn’t have to change the way she blogged. I currently manage two sites from WordPress and would like to connect hers also. Is there a way I can do that without disconnecting her?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you’re using WordPress.ORG on each of those sites, then you can add them to My Sites with Jetpack. And if you add Manage, too, you can take care of updates from My Sites as well.
