Two problems of Sharedaddy when displaying all the 9 services individually
-
When trying to display all the 9 services individually, I came across the following two problems:
1. Everything was OK when using the default button of each service, but it was messed when using the smart button (if any) for every service.
2. While the Email button will display on Chrome, it will dispare on Safari and Firefox browsers, which you can check out the freenuts.com for reference.
By the way, everything will be OK if I hide some sharing services behind a share button and make sure that all the buttons are in one line.

Can you let me know what version of Jetpack you’re using?
When I visit your site, everything appears to be displaying properly, but I don’t see the email button (I’m using Chrome). Did you deactivate the email button?
Also, could you provide me with a few more details of how the buttons looked for you when using the smart version?

Hi Evarlese,
Thanks for the response.
For the Email button, it is active and I can see it on my Chrome browser (the latest version), but not on Firefox or Safari as mentioned.
For the mess when all the services are displayed in smart buttons, you can get a visual detail via this screenshot: https://twitter.com/#!/young_yang/status/155508969950035969/photo/1/large
The screenshot is capture from Jingpin.org, which uses the same theme, and nearly same plugins as freenuts.com, and all the plugins are the latest versions.

Just for a quick test, do you have any better luck if you switch your blog’s language to English?
-
Hi Macmanx,
Thanks for your advice, but there was no luck for the English blog freenuts.com either, as what you can see from this screenshot: https://twitter.com/#!/FreeNuts/status/155620388452311040/photo/1

Alright, one last thing I’d like to rule-out would be if there are any theme style conflicting.
Would you mind temporarily activating Twenty Eleven on one of the blogs to see if that makes a difference?
-
Hi Macmanx,
Thanks for the suggestion, and the smart buttons weren’t messed up in the Twenty Eleven theme, but the Email button was still missing on Firefox and Safari, but not Chrome, as what you can see from this screenshot:

So I am still not sure if it is the problem of Jetpack or the theme in use.

So, the layout issue is definitely theme-related.
We can’t help with that, but I recommend contacting your theme developer.
As for the Email button, do you have JavaScript enabled in all browsers?

Yes, Macmanx, you are right, the layout issue was caused by the theme in use, I am trying to raise this problem in the theme forum later.
For the Email button, I don’t think it was caused by the JavaScript, since which are always enabled, and what was more, all the other 8 buttons could display.
Maybe I will hide some services in the Share button, as what I did before, thank you again.

After uninstall all the plugins and reinstall them one by one, I found out it was the W3 Total Cache plugin which caused the problem that the Email button was missing on Firefox and Safari.
In fact, if I put the email buttons as well as some other buttons in the Share button, the Share button will be missing, too.
Any advice on how to make Jetpack compatible with W3 Total Cache will be appreciated.

Jetpack and W3 Total Cache is a known incompatibility that we’re aware of. In the meantime, you may also post in the WordPress.org forums to see if any other users were able to find a way to work around this:
