Two problems (sorry there is a duplicate question out there)

  Basically I’ve accidentally narrowed my custom bar across the top of my design, have accidentally deleted my ‘about me’ page, AND I’m trying to get a PayPal button installed, and though I had the HTML code, I don’t know where to place it, and when I tried to place it originally, it ended up deleting the above things. Therefore, please help me get the physical button with drop-down menu, recover my about me page, and help me with placement of button. Thank you!!! Patricia
