Two purchasing instead of one Theme does not activate

Hello, I bought by mistake two times the theme Avid, but it does not work at all!
I have two paypal receipts but the theme does not display on my blog.
Actually, an error occurred when I made the payment(s)…Could you please cancel one transaction and help me activating the theme?

It’s a widespread bug at the moment. Don’t re-purchase it, just follow this thread and wait it out https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/billing-error-4?replies=9

Thank you: I received the refund for the exceeding purchase.
I still can’t see the new theme in my upgrades, neither use it.
I refreshed, signed out and in again, removed old cookies and allowed new ones…
Any suggestion?

In my dashboard it still appears the message “Be the master of your own domain – make this blog ——————–.com for just $18.00 per year.”

Yeah, I guess it’s the same sort of issue for both a theme or a domain.

Earlier today we had some technical difficulties with our upgrades systems. For a a short time this morning, anyone who tried to purchase or renew products with us were charged but their items did not end up in their account or get renewed.
We have fixed the issue on our end and have made sure that if you attempted to purchase or renew your upgrade more than once that all additional upgrades have been refunded to you!
We strongly recommend that you log in to your account’s Dashboard and navigate to the Store link and then to My Upgrades to review what items are currently in your account. If there are any items missing you can purchase them through your Dashboard >> Store.
If you attempted to purchase a domain, we do apologize, but you will need to attempt purchasing it again by adding it via Store >> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
We sincerely apologize for this confusion and inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any questions!

could you please refund the exceeding payment?
I upgraded successfully to the Avid theme only after the third payment.
You have already refunded the second, wrong one (thank you!), but I still have the first on charge.

Sorry about that, I’m not sure why that one wasn’t sent out, but we’ll look into it.
I have manually refunded it for you now. The refund has left our account, but depending on your credit card provider, can take up to 10 days for them to show it on your statement.
