Two questions about the Twenty Eleven theme!
-
Sorry for all the questions, but hopefully there won’t be too many more!
My blog: http://stevesayskanpai.wordpress.com/
1. Using the Twenty Eleven theme, I now have a showcase front page, with three featured images which can be scrolled through. However I don’t want my “recent posts” to appear below this – I just want this “front” page to be a static page. Is there any way I can get rid of the “recent posts” section?
2. If you click on “About me”, you will see an image of a woman in blue just before the “Me” subhed. Is there any way I can ‘pull’ this out to the left a bit, slightly like a blockquote?
Many many thanks!

1. Without the paid Custom Design upgrade, no.
2. Switch the editor to HTML and turn this:
<img class=ETC ETCto this:
<img style="margin-left:-44px;" class=ETC ETCChange the number to adjust the positioning.

1. Damn, that’s a shame. I don’t suppose anyone else can think of any workarounds?
2. That’s great, thanks!
