two questions re: reports and subscriptions

am I able to pull a report of items sold by item (to help figure out sales taxes due)
also
my subscriptions that are in the orders section of the admin page 1. if I move the subscription to trash is that how I cancel it? also on the monthly anniversary of the initial subscription signup will I get an email order like I did for the first one?thanks
