Two separate blog addresses available with 'Premium'?

  I have a blog with wordpress, if I upgrade to premium, can i keep that and then use an already owned domain name to begin a second blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t have to upgrade to premium to do that. You can have as many blogs as you want. To map an existing domain to a blog is $13 a year.
