Two separate installations with same child theme display differently?

  Hello! I have made two separate wordpress installations using the same child theme that I made for twenty fourteen, but for some reason the post images/content are appearing differently. The padding is different and on the second installation the black diagonal lines show on the image. Here are the two versions:
  http://hfc-worldwide.org/wordpress/ (this is the one I want it to look like)
  http://hfc-worldwide.org/athens/ (this is the one that’s messed up)

  To see this more clearly you could click on one of the posts to see it on its own without the featured post bar at the top.

  Please let me know what I’m doing wrong!
  Also any other advice on the child theme code is welcome!

  I did take a quick peek at your http://hfc-worldwide.org/athens/ and I would suggest taking out all of your custom CSS and then adding it back in a bit at a time to see which part is causing the issue.
