Two sites and a few changes

Dears,
I have already blog site and in the last week I bought premium version with the new site address. I albo bought the new @ address for the new blog.
I have 3 questions
1. How to transfer the old blog site to the new one?
2. How to change the profile of the new site? I have found more convenient to my needs
3. I have bought the new @ address which is conected with the name of blog site. I don’t know how to use it.

IF you could provide us some details we can assist you further1) Can you let us know the two Blog addresses, please post the links here, Also specify Which blog site you would like to transfer to which one.
2)When you mention, you need to change the Profile of the New Site, If you could clarify us what exactly you need to change in the Site, the Site Title, header or any other information if you could give the link and specify in the Website what would you like to change.
3)As mentioned you bought a New @Address? Do you mean you have bought a Domain? And want to connect it to some of your URL with WordPress. If you could let us know the Domain address as well as the URL you want it to connect.

My answers:
1. The old blog has address camino53.wordpress.com. The new one has address pozagranicami.blog. I would like transfer the content from the old one to the new one. At the and of the day I am going to use only the new address of my blog, which is premium. The old one I am going to close.
2. I mean layout of the site. I have found new possibilities. The sites in the wodpress has the names. I like ‘Rebalance’. I would like to convert my site (I mean the new address of the blog) to the rebalance one.
3. Yes, I bought domain. I bought it via WordPress but I can not use because of the old domain which is connected with the old blog (mojaodpowiedznapiecgwiazdek). The new one is the same like the name of the new blog pozagranicami.Regards,

Appreciate your detailed reply, here is some information to help you what you looking to achieve.
1) You can use the service Export
from you website camino53.wordpress.com . One’s you have the content you can simply then Import
to your new site pozagranicami.blog
So your new site will have all the content.2) You have mentioned that you like the Rebalance theme, it is a part of the array of Themes
You can choose themes as per your needs.

How to cancel all the purchase which I did in last 5 days?
From my credit card WordPress took about 150 $ and I would like get this many back. Could you help me this last time, please?Regards

You should be able to cancel and refund your funds back.
You can then let us know, how can we assist you further. We can try and simplify things more, so that you have control on everything.Firstly you could try and shift your content from one blog to the desired blog. Then we could help you further in setting up the layout of that blog.

Hi again!
I have still problem with refunding my payments because in section Manage Purchase I can not see the payments which I see on my credit card. There are 2 payments dated on 01.05 for WordPress.Have you got some polish support or another way to refund this payments and close this sites?

Hi @mojaodpowiedznapiecgwiazdek, actually it seems the main issue is that you bought these upgrades as @pozagra.
I can’t process a refund without notice through that account. But if you will log in as that account, I think I can do better and help you get the domain on the correct site. I just need authorization from the pozagra account. Also, if you are logged in as @pozagra you should be able to access chat at http://wordpress.com/help/contact .
@pavanraheja FWIW, staff can pretty easily move a custom domain from one site to the other with proper authorization – no import and export needed. If someone is asking about an active custom domain, they can log in as the domain owner and get in touch here: http://wordpress.com/help/contact .

@Supernovia : Thank you for taking this ahead..! Yes absolutely , read that clearly in the support document for shifting Custom domain, it was not pretty clear , as some mentioned were free domains as well as a Custom domain, so will keep it simple, if a Custom domain is involved for transfer transfers can tag the staff or direct them to Contact.
