Two sites hacked – HELP!

  Two of my sites were hacked tonight (around 10:30 PM EST, I noticed) by “Hacker Lyly and Murkho Manob from BD GREY HAT HACKERS.”

  Here is the group that hacked me- https://www.facebook.com/BDGREYHATHACKERS

  The sites hacked are-
  http://wordstorunby.com and http://bloodclotrecovery.net.

  Can someone please tell me what I need to do? Thank you!
