Two sites; one is paid for the year the other is free program. The free Removed it

  There are two sites. For one site I paid for the year $85.00. The other site I want to have it removed. I am trying but I get the message to up grade. I am confused on what site I want removed. Find the two sites I have and remove the one I have not paid.
