Two spam comments daily

Always two, been that way for months. Some saboteur is posting spam comments again and again so I went to settings and now have all comments sent to moderation.
But, but: the spammer now posts the comments twice and this two times daily.
The spammer writes in English and my blog is in Danish. I suppose that’s why the spammer can’t read that comments are held in moderation and has begun to post the same spam comment two times.
What do I do? Askimet is failing me, so I have to moderate the stupid spam 2 x 2 times every day. I’d like a solution, please?
And yes, I send the comments to spam, I don’t just delete them.

1) the spammer does not care about moderation or anything else
2 comments a day is annoying but fairly small in the web universe – you can blacklist the commenter – note don’t blacklist by IP numbers as you could zap a whole bunch of valid comments as IP addresses tend not to be unique today

The identity changes every time. Email adress etc. changes too. Very often arabic letters are used but not in the comment itself. It’s always in English.
