Two step authenticaiton and a new device

We are having trouble linking/hooking a new device to the mobile app with two step authentication. We have followed the directions given but it just kicks us out without logging into the app

That site is a VIP hosted site and we don’t provide support for it here. You must have a support link in your dashboard somewhere for VIP support that links to https://wordpressvip.zendesk.com/
