Two-step authentication – Lost backup codes
-
Hi everyone,
We have performed the two-step authentication process and generated backup codes. However, we accidentally lost the printed document containing the list of codes. For the moment, we can not log in on other PCs without entering the code that we have chosen (and which we don’t remember).
Is there a solution for this ? Is it for example possible to get back this code by e-mail?
Thank you so much in advance !

You should be able to access your site using either a code from the Google Authenticator app or via SMS, depending on how you set up two-step authentication in the first place.
