Two Step Authentication

Hi, as I am unable to log in to my first WordPress account and I have to log in to an existing WordPress account in order to start a new forum thread, I had to create a temporary one but the account I am having problems with is faithissubstance.wordpress.com.
What happened is I registered for the two step authentication process but not knowing that I had already finished the entire set-up, I deleted the Google Authenticator app from my phone because I thought I would have no need for it. Now I am unable to access my account because it keeps asking for my authentication code but even when I re-download Google Authenticator I am unable to enter in any key as I am not even logged into my account.
I’m hoping that one of the Happiness Engineers can send me a unique, single-use access code to the email address associated to that account to unlock it, as I saw on another closed forum that that was done for quite a few people who committed the same blunder that I did! Please help! Thank you so much!
