Two Step Authentication

  Sorry to create a new thread – the other one by Fretless John at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/turn-off-two-step-authentication?replies=15 is already closed. I am having the exact same problem – I no longer have my original authentication code in order to disable the Two Step Authentication and the recovery codes don’t work, either. Would really be grateful if anyone from WordPress can help me ASAP.

  Thanks for the quick response! I already submitted a form twice earlier (and now thrice) but the “resend” returned a blank page. Not sure if it got through.

  To confirm, are you trying to disable two-step on your densio account?

  Hi Jackie, yes. I always need a recovery code in order to log-in. Your help will be greatly appreciated!
