Two step authentication

  Hi! I need to login on another device but I lost the backup codes for two step authentication!!! In addition, I had to format may mobile and reinstall Google Authenticator, and I don’t have now the QR code or key to configure it and obtain the 8 digit code… How can I reset two step setting and restart the process again?

  Ps.: I tried to click to the WP send me a SMS with code unsuccessfully…

  There is no way to get back into your account, as per the If You Lose Your Device section of the support document. :-(
