Two-Step Authentication

  I worked for Automattic for an extremely brief time more than a year ago. I was required to set up two-step authentication. This is truly a pain and I want to delete it. However, I can no longer find my list of backup codes. Can someone please cancel two step authentication for me? Thanks.

  Not helpful. My cell phone will no longer provide me with an authentication code. It got messed up somehow. Please either provide me with an authentication code that will allow me to disable two-step authentication, or even better yet, please just do it for me. Thanks.

  I am a Volunteer and you have to use account recovery as this is obviously sensitive infromation. Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
