Two-step Authentication

Hi!
I need your help! I can’t access my account. The email I used for that account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the blog url I believe is milesbluesy.wordpress.com. I created this account a couple of years ago. I got a new phone and I just downloaded the Authenticator App. I can’t connect my wordpress account because it requires me to provide a code/barcode. I can’t provide this because I can’t login. Please help me!

According to staff they will only give access to the account if you have one of the following: 1) a transaction ID, 2) an activation URL or key, 3) two factor authentication codes, or 4) access to the email address associated with the account.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I’ve already read that post before submitting my concern. I don’t have all the information I need. No transactions, I must have had deleted my activation URL or key a long time ago, and I can’t get a authentication code because I don’t have a code/barcode (can’t login). The only this I have is my email address and the password associated with the account.
