Two-step authentication

    Hi, at dawn on Monday I made a claim, at that time wordpress replied that they would reply to me via email. OK, 48 hours later I still have not received any response.

    WordPress gives me the possibility of having the tranquility of ‘Two-step authentication’ but this system stopped working in my account since June 2. Thinking that the problem was in my cell line I tried to change the ‘Two-step’ to another cell line but I could never activate it for the same problem with the original cell line: ‘I do not receive SMS from WordPress.’ I do receive SMS from other people. So the problem is not in my cell lines.

    WordPress never warned me about a misuse that I could have done from my account. WordPress never sanctioned me for violating any rule of wordpress.

    My conclusion: WP does not send me the SMS and does not answer my complaint.

    Why not?, I do not know. Please, I want an answer to my claim.

    Please do not forget that I belong to 27% of internet users powered by WordPress !!!
