  I had the Two Step Authentication codes sent to my phone by the number is no longer in service. And I also don’t have my backup codes. What is there else I can do?

  You must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.

  Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  Hi there,

  If you’re locked out of your two-factor secured account, the only way to get back into it is by using a Backup Code. Since you’ve lost your backup codes you can fill the account recovery form and provide us with a Transaction ID or an activation URL:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  This is the only way to prove that you’re the account owner.
