Two step authentication has stopped sending sms codes to my phone!

  Two step authentication doesn’t send security codes via sms to my phone anymore. I’ve had this two step for several months without any problem. Today – no sms received even though the screen on my PC says the message is sent. I have not changed device – I have the same phone…

  Hi there,

  After looking into your account, I found that a SMS recovery code was sent out 4 days in our records. Can you please check with your cellphone provider if there are any issues with your SMS.

  If not, please let me know and I’d be happy to investigate further.
