Two Step Authentication Help!

  how can i get access to my account if i don’t have back up codes for two-step authentication?

  A week ago my iphone shattered and I could not uninstall any apps due to the glass being severely in operable. I got a new iphone restored by apple.

  Back story, back when we were first told to do two-step authentication before the email went out — I initiated mine at 12:27 am in 8/16 of last year. I never printed my back up codes.

  Now I have my new phone and admin access through chrome —- ( I’m sure my stored settings with remember me ) however, Google authentication is still activated on my account. If and when I’m initiated to put in my authentication code I will be unable too.

  Are their any recovery options?

  I have all the information including activation link time and dates to verify my account. I just cannot access settings to disable authentication to re-enable it for my new phone. I also have my phone number tied to my account buts that’s just for password reset? I know my password.

  Let me know if you have any ideas.

  I’m so sorry I was foggy headed. Actually, I still am but I emailed Staff for you, because I don’t know if you will need to use the same method of account recovery as free hosted bloggers do, or if there is another one for VIP hosted bloggers. Hang in there please.
