Two step authentication issue

    I can’t access my main WP account, the issue is that I’m not receiving the SMS with the access code and I lost the file with the backup codes. I believe that this issue is related to a change that happened some weeks ago in Brazilian cell phones, it was added an extra 9 in front of the number.
    Also, WP team, make it easier to contact you, I had to create this account only for this purpose.
