Two-step authentication: lost phone, no backup codes, no transaction IDs

  I’m sorry about this. Please help.

  I lost my phone number and forgot to change it in my 2FA settings. I only have the e-mail for the account I am trying to log into (nyasarjurusan.wordpress.com and sactiest.wordpress.com).

  Also, I cannot find the backup codes. I’m sorry. I still have access to the e-mail address and can reset my password but it still asks for an SMS code that goes to my old phone number I can no longer access.

  Do I still have any other options? Can you please disable 2FA or send me a code? I have already changed my password, but can’t log in.

  I lost my phone number and forgot to change it in my 2FA settings.

  I’ve sent an email to the owner of that account. For security reasons, I can’t share the email address with you so please check all of your accounts including the spam folder.
