Two step authentication, Pop up blocker

    Hello,

    Please can someone help me, I’ve been locked out of my account (had to update my phone and it removed my wordpress settings). I have gone through the same steps I asked for help with the last time this happened but the back up codes did not work, so I attempted to create new ones. I could not because a pop up blocker is enabled (this was not the case the first time I generated the codes) and I for some reason cannot find this subject on the forums, I tried searching “disable pop up blocker on Mac” but didn’t see anything come up, which seems bizarre.
    Anyway, I tried a Google authenticator code instead of my usual password before all of this, then a back up code (numerous ones) which did not work.
    I have been reading the forums and trying variations of solutions for the last hour and I’m now just getting annoyed that nothing works.
    Would be very appreciative if someone could assist.
