  I would like to thank you in the beginning for all your efforts. Thanks alot <3

  but my friend seems to have a problem, which I’m sure you guys will be able to help!

  my friend activated her 2-step verification a year ago probably, everything was fine. but she had to format her phone recently, meaning deleting the “Google Authenticator” as well.

  when she re-installed the program, she couldn’t find her wordpress acoount information. she couldn’t access her account in any way. she also had lost her back up codes. so I’m here in her stand asking for your help!

  would you please see to it? contact her and help her solve her problem?

  She was able to gain access to her blog back!
