Two-Step Authentication Problem, Lost Phone

  I can not receive SMS verification code, while logged on my wordpress blog for the admin account. and I do not know where I put the backup codes.

  how do I access my blog was back and what should I do?
  due to my admin account login above, each log is constrained by sms verification.

  Wow, that would be a hassle!

  Do you happen to have access to the email that you used in signing up with WordPress.com? If you do have access to it, you can always do a password recovery that will be sent through your email

  Hi Carlalberto,

  Thank you for your participation.
  I was able to access the email that I use to register. The problem is, when I would go to wordpress.com account after filling username and password, then there are step-2 to fill the verification code that is sent to my phone. it’s that I can not do because my mobile number which I list is gone

  Don’t you worry, as a last resort you can try to do an account recovery by following these: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
