Two step authentication process has locked me out of my blog
-
I installed the two step authentication process onto my blog http://sugarnspicebyradhika.com using the Google authenticator app.
The app was on my phone and when I changed my phone, I forgot to transfer it. Now the problem is that when I try to download the wordpress mobile app or log in to my wordpress account from another computer, it asks me for the codes and I cannot generate the codes without the google authenticator app. I also lost the 10 codes wp generates when you initially install this two step authentication process.
I tried downloading Google authenticator app again but to make it workable I need to scan a barcode which I don’t know how to get access to.
I’m pretty much locked out. I’m logged into my wordpress account from one computer but in case that logs out, I will be in deep trouble.
Please help me remove this stupid two step authentication process, It’s locking me out from my own blog!
Also, when wp asks for codes, there’s this option which says send the code to my phone number. I’m clicking that, but it doesn’t send anything to my phone.
How can I get rid of all this? Please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
