two step authenticator

    Hello contributors,
    I am really screwed up while lo-gin in my wordpress blog. I knows everything about my blog but even i don’t get into logging in.
    I had enabled “two step authenticator” and i had damaged my phone, now even i had tried for wordpress account recovery option but still it didn’t helped me out. When i sign in,it approves my user name & password but always ask for verification code. and even i also tried for “Send recovery code via SMS” but it didn’t arrive any code on my phone no. I had referred many blogs for help even support of wordpress. but, none of helped me.

    Please help me to disable this verification process to once login in me. i will disable it. & also help me that “why i didn’t any recovery message to my mobile”.
