'Two-step Authentitation'

I have ‘Two-step Authentitation’ to access at this blog and since June 2 I am not receiving the code via SMS. I unsubscribed to this system to be able to change my phone number and I also do not receive the SMS to confirm my new number. My two cell phone lines are working properly. Please help me !.
