Two [unrelated and unlinked] pages – possible?

I want to create a 2nd page/blog which is unrelated to my existing blog, does not link to it and will have its own separate URL – is that possible? Both the exisiting page and the new one will be fairly static and will have only occasional changes
[I have looked at the advice for creating new pages but it is not clear to me whether that will do what i want because it implies that it WILL be linked to my existing blog]

    thank you for any help!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

If you create a new site/blog while logged into account A (on the same browser), then the new site will belong to account A. The new site will be connected to any older sites in the account in that they will all have the same account username, email address, and password. They’ll be connected in administrative pages on the account.

If while logged out of account A, you create a second account B, then any new site created in that account will have no connection to sites in the account B.

While logged out of the gail1066 username account, you may create a new account, here: https://wordpress.com/start/delta-discover/user.

    Correction:
