Two Users—want a theme to reflect the conversation

    A friend and I just started a blog together, and we are looking for a theme that would show an original post by one of us, a response to that post by the other of us, and then the ability for readers to comment on the two posts as one.

    Ideally, then the comments would thread down as well as part of the conversation.

    Is there a theme that would allow this easily? Maybe even one where comments take high priority to the original post?

    I can’t think of a theme here at wordpress.com where we can only use the themes we find here > Appearance > Themes and cannot upload any other themes that’s exactly like what you want. Perhaps P2 may be worth looking at.

    What about writing both of the posts in one and splitting them into two pages?

    I just looked at P2. That might work.

    Is there a way to remove the front page post form, or at least make it so it’s not visible to the reader.

    Only WordPress.com users who are added to the Users page in your blog dashboard will be able to see the post form at the top of P2. If you log out, you won’t see it.
