  I want to make to websites one for design the other for photography

  Hi, @maysoonj,

  You may create additional sites under the same account.
  My Sites –> Switch Site –> Add a New Site

  Free sites are always free. Upgraded Plans are per site. For example, if you want a custom domain for each one, you would need an upgraded (Personal or higher) plan for each site.
