Two websites .. Only able to log into one!

Hi,
I am trying to log into the admin for:
http://www.lesleysmithtri.com/When I tried to reset the password (bc I did not remember it), WordPress sent the instructions to reset the password for a different (old / not used) website:
https://lesleysmithtri.wordpress.com/Could you please let me know how I can log into lesleyesmithtri.com?? It seems (email visible only to moderators and staff) is associated with both of them perhaps …?

Your email may well be associated with both sites as each site is found at a different company. This is WordPress.com and here you can reset the password for https://lesleysmithtri.wordpress.com/
Your other site is at SiteGround, not here at WordPress.com. As it is using the WordPress.org software you need to log out of this account and register an account at
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
for advice on how to gain access to that site currently showing a wp-admin error message
