Two wordpress accounts

    I have an account with WordPress using my business email, where I built my site. I decided to upgrade the essential add-on Pro and after paying I realized my computer auto-filled the information on the form with my personal email. I updated my primary email and activated my license for the essential add-on pro with my website but it does not appear when I’m working on my site. Please Advise

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
