Two wordpress sites under one domain?

  We have two wordpress.com sites we are working on – an English version and a German version. It has not been possible to do this using a single template, so basically we mirrored the sites, having a link from one to the other on each.

  We will be domain mapping, but right now this will require us to have two domain names and to pay the domain mapping fees twice.

  We want to know if we transfer the sites to wordpress.org, is is possible to have both sites exist under the one domain name? The sites are http://bodyresonance.wordpress.com/ and http://bodyresonancede.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would ask at WordPress.org, but I think the answer will be yes. Not sure though.
