  Hello,

  I can’t sign into my primary wordpress located here: https://abnormalvaverage.com/

  I’m not sure why it’s not letting me.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you for getting in touch! It appears that the website you are referring to is owned by a different user account on WordPress.com than the one you are currently logged in with.

  To access the correct account and manage the website, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your account page at https://wordpress.com/me.
  2. Log out of the current account (@jdmullenary).
  3. Log into the WordPress.com account that owns the website in question.

  If you can’t recall which login you used and since there are paid upgrades associated with the website, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site. Once ownership is verified, WordPress.com support will be able to assist you further. The Account Recovery form can be found here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  When filling out the form, provide as much information as you can, including an email address where Support can contact you. You’ll need to include the transaction ID, which can be found on your bank statement. The transaction ID should appear as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit alphanumeric code, like this: “WordPress XXXXXXXXXX”
