  I want to set up a website with the URL scofflawbook.com Can I do this with a ‘Personal Plan’ or ‘Premium Plan’? I don’t want ‘wordpress’ in the URL. Thanks.

  You can use a personal plan to get a domain that does not include wordpress.com. You just need to upgrade your account to personal to be able to add a custom domain.
