typical support reponse time?

    Any idea what the typical response time is for a question to the support staff? It’s going on 4 days for me, but I’m trying to be patient:)

    I’m sorry that the response is taking so long. There is no typical response time as the number of support tickets Staff have to resolve go up and down. Are you sure we Volunteers cannot help you? I’m asking because we Volunteers frequently see support requests sent to Staff Questions forum that we could answer.

    yes thank you. I’m having a problem with my stats showing “zero” all the time even though I know people have visited. Thank you though:)

    I’m sorry but we Volunteers have no access to your dashboard or your stats. This is the relevant support documentation link for stats. I’m afraid you will simply have to wait until Staff get to your support ticket.
